What's Covered

Our transportation service is available for the following:

• NBHCP Appointments — Rides to and from your scheduled appointments at our facility from anywhere in Tillamook County.
• Specialist Referrals — Transportation to specialist appointments in the Seaside, Warrenton, and Astoria area when referred by an NBHCP provider.
• Outside Tillamook County — Considered on a case-by-case basis. Call us to discuss your situation.

How to Request a Ride

Step 1 — Call to Schedule Call 1-800-368-5182 to request a ride. Rides are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

Step 2 — Share Your Details Have your appointment date, time, pickup location, and any mobility needs ready when you call.

Step 3 — Sign a Waiver First-time riders will be asked to sign a brief waiver before their first trip.

Step 4 — We'll Get You There and Back We'll pick you up and return you home after your appointment.

Please Note

• Available to NBHCP patients only — not a general community transportation service.
• Patients must be 18 or older. Children may ride when accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
• Rides are for medical appointments only — not available for errands or other trips.
• Availability is first-come, first-served — call early to secure your spot.
