Oregon Health Plan (OHP)

OHP is Oregon's Medicaid program, providing free or low-cost health coverage to eligible Oregonians. Enrollment is open year-round — you can apply at any time.

Who May Qualify

• Adults earning up to 138% of the Federal Poverty Level
• Children and teens (ages 0–18) from families earning up to 300% of the Federal Poverty Level
• Oregonians who qualify based on age, disability, or pregnancy status

• In person with our help — call us to schedule an appointment

Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace

If you don't qualify for OHP, you may be able to find affordable coverage through the Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace. Financial assistance may be available to help lower your monthly premiums.

Open enrollment runs November 1 through January 15 each year. Outside of open enrollment, you may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period if you have a qualifying life event such as losing coverage, getting married, or having a child.
