Welcoming Dental Care to NBHCP

Nehalem Bay Health Center & Pharmacy is expanding access to dental care. Our dental suite is designed to make oral health more convenient, connected, and accessible for our community.

We are currently in a phased launch of dental services. This means we’re offering a limited number of self-pay appointments while we finish bringing insurance systems online. We will begin accepting dental insurance soon and will share updates as those systems become available.

  • Sealants for cavity prevention

  • Oral health education

  • Referrals to specialists (oral surgery & orthodontics)

Meet our Dentist

Dr. Brian Holmes DMD, MPH, FAGD, FICD

Dr. Holmes brings more than 30 years of experience providing care across Oregon and around the world. He’s worked in private practice, community health centers, and school-based dental programs, and even founded an international nonprofit that established school dental clinics in Grenada. His focus has always been clear: prevention, education, and compassionate care for all.
